In the event that you sell or lease your property without the use of a Realtor/Associateâ, Real Estate Broker or Agent-you will NOT be obligated to pay a brokerage fee.

By using our service, your property will be exposed to thousands of brokers and agents WORLDWIDE as well as thousands of potential direct buyers. You set the asking price-and you deal directly with the buyers and brokers!  You control the sale; and you are still under no obligation whatsoever to pay a brokerage fee in the event that you sell the property on your own.

In consideration of the high cost of quality advertising in local newspapers, this expense will more than pay for itself in the savings that you will realize. As an added incentive for your cooperation, we will also include at no cost a Comparable Market Analysis, listing those similar properties for sale and also sold in your neighborhood. An important factor to consider when selling real estate is competitive, comparable and realistic pricing. 

Please complete forms 1, 2 & 3 and include payment  in the amount of $250.00 and return. We will immediately place your property in the MLSâ system; within 24-48 hours your property will appear on Realtor.com and the above named web sites. We will promptly forward you a counter-signed copy of the copies of forms 1, 2 & 3 & the MLSâ printout. Of course, you will also be able to find your listing on the above named websites as well.
